❓FAQs

Do I need to read the book first?
Nope. You’ll get a digital copy as part of the sprint, and we’ll use the frameworks inside it to guide our sessions. You’ll be caught up in Week 1.

When will the weekly sessions be held?
You’ll receive a short scheduling poll after sign-up so we can find the best weekly time slot for the group. Sessions will begin the week of July 14, 2025, and will run for 6 weeks. All sessions will be recorded in case you need to miss one.

What if I can’t make one of the sessions?
All sessions are recorded and shared with the cohort. That said, the value comes from live discussion so please try to attend as many as you can.

When will the private coaching session happen?
You’ll get a scheduling link during Week 2 and can book anytime before the cohort ends.

Will there be homework?
Not in the school sense. You’ll leave each session with one strategic prompt or decision to reflect on, but no busywork, no filler.

Can my company pay for this?
Many companies offer L&D or professional development budgets. You’ll receive a detailed receipt that you can submit for reimbursement, but check with your manager or HR as policies vary.

What’s your refund policy?
Due to the live and limited nature of the cohort, all sales are final. If something urgent comes up, please reach out. We’ll do our best to help or transfer your seat.

Is this cohort accessible?
All live sessions are hosted on Zoom with auto-generated captions, and recordings are shared weekly. If you have accessibility needs, contact us before signing up. We’ll work with you to make it a good fit.

What this cohort isn’t
This isn’t a traditional online course with hours of video or rigid modules. While you’ll receive optional reference materials (slides, Notion pages, etc.), the heart of this experience is live, strategic discussion, not passive learning. It’s built for people who learn by doing.

Do I need to be a product manager to join?
Not at all. This sprint is for product-minded operators: founders, heads of product or ops, or anyone who’s making strategic decisions under pressure. If you’re navigating complexity and want sharper tools and feedback, you’re in the right place.
